1. Trial Classes and Continuation

• Upon the successful completion of trial classes, you are required to decide whether to continue with the regular classes.

2. Payment of Fees:

• Monthly fees are to be paid in advance during the last week of each month for the following month. Failure to pay the fee by the due date may result in the suspension of classes.

• We reserve the right to discontinue classes if payment is overdue by more than 7 days without a valid excuse.

3. Holding Classes:

• If you need to pause classes and wish to retain the same teacher and time slot upon resumption, the full fee per student will be charged to reserve the slot.

4. Leave and Makeup Classes:

• Any leave taken by the student is considered paid leave, and there will be no makeup classes for absences unless otherwise stated.

• If a student is absent for more than three days, no makeup classes will be provided due to scheduling constraints for the teacher.

• In the event of an absence due to a problem at the student’s end, makeup classes are not guaranteed.

• If a student misses a class without prior notice, it will be marked as an absence, and no makeup class will be arranged. Makeup classes are subject to the availability of the teacher.

5. Cancellation Notice:

• If you wish to cancel a class, you must inform your teacher via Skype or email at least one hour in advance.

6. Extended Absence:

• We reserve the right to cancel classes if a student remains absent for more than 10 days without prior notice. No refunds will be provided in such cases, as per our Terms of Service.

7. Privacy and Security:

• Do not share your personal contact information, such as phone number, email, address, or credit card information, with any teacher. We are not responsible for any misuse of this information.

8. Teacher Assignment:

• We reserve the right to change teachers at any time to ensure the quality of education.

• In the event of a teacher’s resignation or termination, a new Quran teacher will be assigned. Students should not maintain contact with former teachers, and we are not responsible for any issues arising from such contact.

9. Fee Adjustments:

• Fees may be adjusted annually by approximately 10% at the end of each year, in accordance with our Terms of Service.

• Fees may also vary according to our policies and Terms of Service at the time.

10. Holiday Policy:

• Eid holidays are considered paid leave for teachers. There are no additional leaves for teachers throughout the year unless amergency. National and international events are included in the monthly fees, and no makeup classes or refunds will be provided for these holidays.

11. Terms of Service Revisions:

• We reserve the right to revise our Terms of Service and Conditions at any time. Updates will be added to our website accordingly.

12. Code of Conduct:

• Students and parents/guardians are expected to maintain a respectful and courteous manner towards teachers and staff. Any form of harassment or misconduct will result in immediate termination of services without a refund.

13. Technical Issues:

• In the event of technical issues on our platform or with our teachers, efforts will be made to reschedule the affected classes. However, persistent issues may be addressed on a case-by-case basis.

14. Confidentiality:

• All personal and academic information of students is kept confidential. We implement appropriate security measures to protect this information from unauthorized access.

15. Dispute Resolution:

• Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions will be addressed through negotiation and mediation. If unresolved, the matter may be referred to arbitration in accordance with the laws of our operating jurisdiction.

16. Liability:

• Quran Educare is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the services in question.

17. International Service Provision:

• Our services are provided online and are accessible internationally. As such, users are responsible for complying with the local laws and regulations of their respective countries.

• We comply with international data protection regulations, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for users in the European Union. Personal data will be collected, processed, and stored in accordance with these regulations.

• Users agree not to use our services in any manner that is unlawful or prohibited by international laws. Any violation may result in the immediate termination of services without a refund.

• By using our services, you agree to the transfer and processing of your personal data in countries where our servers or service providers are located.

18. Service Availability:

• While we strive to provide uninterrupted service, we do not guarantee that our services will always be available or free from errors. We reserve the right to suspend or discontinue services for maintenance, upgrades, or other reasons beyond our control.

19. Intellectual Property:

• All content provided through our services, including but not limited to lessons, materials, and proprietary information, is the intellectual property of Quran Educare. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of this content is prohibited.
